Emailing Your Members
Did you know you can use the State PTA Membership Database to =
send
an email to all your members?
Here’s how:
Log into the WSPTA membership site just like you would to enter
new members.
Click on “Search Members.”<=

Leave the search engine blank.
Click on search.
At this point you will need to set up your local unit with an
email address. Most local units use the presidents email address. An email
address must be entered in order to email your members.
Once an email address is entered you will need to log out and =
back
in to the site.
Click on “Search Members”
Leave the search engine blank.
Click on search.
Click on email members.
And then type your message!&n=

(The box for entering text is fairly small, so you might want to com=
pose
your message in your word processing program first and then paste it into t=
his
box.)
