Bulk Mail P= ermit Information

 

 

The Bellevue PTSA Council maintains a permit for every= PTA in Bellevue to use for approved mailings.  Fi= nal approval rests with the bulk mail agent at the Post Office.

 

 

Free training for the use of Bulk Mail is available ev= ery Tuesday in Seattle= at 4735 E. Marginal Way.  Council strongly recommends that y= ou attend this training before attempting to send anything via bulk mail.

When using Council’s Bulk Mail Permit, the follo= wing information should appear in the upper right corner of your item:

All items mailed with the bulk mail permit must bear t= he return address of the Bellevue PTSA Council:

If you are mailing invitations or something other than= your regular newsletter, it’s wise to visit the Post Office with a mock-up= or sample of your item before securing final approval from your committee or Board.
